Seefeld is an Alpine town in the Austrian state of Tyrol and one of the touristic attractions of Austria. Seefeld Optic has borrowed its name from this beautiful town.
The reason behind choosing this name is our strong attachment to Austria’s civilization, culture, art and history; a history replete with originality which is the source of inspiration for designing our frames.
We are honored to be deeply rooted in our magnificent history. However, we are not stuck in the past and our aim is to bring the originality of classic art to our today’s life. Certainly, we are condemned to be creative and innovative in 21st century.
In fact, we are of the opinion that producing each single model is like creating an artwork, it means that each model of our eyewear has to represent Austrian quality and the glory of Austrian art.
Each model of our eyewear’s collection has a unique name. In order to name our different models we have endeavored to introduce a part of Austria’s rich culture.
Our philosophy
“The best design with the best quality”. This short phrase is our whole philosophy in Seefeld Optic Company.
First and foremost, our design has to serve two purposes: customer’s comfort and usability. We think that when a design is based on optic knowledge, cutting-edge technologies and the latest methods in eyewear industry, it could bring utmost practicality and satisfaction for our customers.
Second, our top priority in Seefeld Company is to produce high quality products. Quality is an uncompromised feature and definitely non-negotiable in Seefeld Company.
Our design
Undoubtedly, we have a great passion for designing classic models in our company, Similarly, simplicity is a design philosophy in Seefeld Company; when our new ideas _which are come out of the best and most updated designs of sunglasses and optic glasses_ combine with classic and simple theme a new model comes into existence, a model that catch expert’s attention.
It is crucial for our professional designers to harmonize fashion, beauty and practicality with each other. Consequently, when our designers could not combine above-mentioned elements in a single model satisfactorily, what has been produced would not come out of our studio and it would be archived in our computers.
Our product
Before starting the production process claims sound like empty rhetoric .We in Seefeld Company think that the product and its final quality represent us and proves our claims.
It is worth reminding our golden sentence once again, the sentence which depicts the most important principle in our team: “Quality is an uncompromised feature and definitely non-negotiable in our Company”
The high quality of our frames is the outcome of three stages: choosing the best raw materials, applying the best production methods and finally quality-controlling.
The raw materials used for Seefeld frames in each three main lines are out of the best materials that could be used in order to produce a frame. In Injection Line, we use the best TR90 and Ultem. In Acetate Line we import the best acetate sheets from Italy. In Metal line similarly the best alloys and the best plating methods are being deployed.
Precision is the most crucial factor in the process of production in our Company. Seefeld frames are thoughtful combination of hand-craftsmanship and advanced robotic manufacturing .
The last stage in the process of producing Seefeld frames is the quality-controlling. Although, Quality-controlling is the main part of all stages of production, it starts prominently after production. Quality-controlling department in our company is in charge of checking all aspects of the frames and keeps an eagle eye on the final products.
